then from the meu again select Edit > Paste > As New Frames .

You should now have a long strip with 22 frames inside After Scrol until you reach frame 11 click on it and hold your shif key and scroll until the last frame and click on it ( keep holding the shift key ) Now from the main menu select Animation > Reverse Frames look on the picture:

Now scroool with your pointer until you reach the frame 11 and right click on it and from the menu select delete

again click on menu File > Save As Select a new names and you have nice flowing animation like the one below Thank you for your attention and good luck
