As director of food and beverage, Bryan Ashlock brings
over twenty years of experience to his current position at Sheraton
Maui on Ka'anapali Beach.
Within this time, Chef Ashlock refined his skills in three diverse
countries and displays the mastery of French, Chinese, and Pacific
Asian Cuisine.
Chef Ashlock's career with Sheraton began in 1976 as a chef apprentice
at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel.
Chef Ashlock transferred to Sheraton Hong Kong, gaining experience
through food preparation for seven restaurants and banquet facilities
of this 900-room property.
In February 2000, Chef Ashlock was presented with the 1st Annual
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Chairman's Award.

To assure the availability of menu items, your selections should
be submitted to the Catering and Conference Service Office four
weeks prior to the scheduled event.
If a guarantee is not given to the Resort by noon on the date it
is due, the lower number on the contract will automatically become
the guarantee.
