the people who will buy his product and know what their needs are.

Take a trip down the food aisles and you ll see labels that announce
products that are organic, saltfree, lowfat, etc.
There are an increasing number of private citizens interested in
preparing food products in their home kitchens for sale in food
establishments.
Many of these operations want to sell products that carry their
own company name; however, they don t want to get into the business
of becoming a producer.

as bakery goods, meat, poultry, seafood, coffee, soft drinks, snack
products, spices, and canned goods to wholesale and retail grocers,
restaurants, hotels, and institutions such as schools, hospitals,
correctional facilities, and senior citizens' residential centers.
Many Food Product Sales Representatives work directly for food processing
firms, selling the company's products to wholesale grocers and suppliers
for distribution to their retail customers.
Others work for food brokerage firms, as more and more manufacturers
now use food brokers, instead of their own sales forces.
The occupation provides for some very rewarding experiences, but
it can also be highly stressful as competition may come from Sales
Representatives from other companies as well as one's own organization.

and patronage by the public who like to enjoy the California climate
on a patio, or at the side of a pool or spa, while being served
food or drink.
Traditionally, outdoor dining areas, open-air barbecue facilities,
and outdoor displays that meet specified requirements have been
excluded from this requirement.
The exclusion from enclosure requirements is conditional, provided
that: the establishment is a bona fide eating place; meets the other
requirements of the California Health and Safety Code; and the operator
of the food establishment where the outdoor beverage bar is being
operated, possesses a valid State of California Alcohol Beverage
Control License.
